Since Of Course I have not confessed to lying about Stevies mental
discharge, Stevie has lied about the facts. Even if I were lying I have
not confessed to it. and I am not lying I believe based on Stevie own
words that Stevie has received a mental discharge once known formaly as
a section 8 now with some other name, but still often called a section
8

If Stevie had said "Mark is lying..." then he could claim with some
basis to be stating an opinion or he could claim he was stating fact,
but in stating "Markie confesses to lying about mental dischage from
Marines (if he could SPELL "discharge"...)" he lies on the basis of
fact

You admit you were discharged medicaly then you deny it was physical
therefore it must be mental
