Power Company Interference and the Law?

Can some point to me specific laws regarding interference caused buy
power companies?

This has nothing to do with BPL but regular powerline noise. Been
having some problems here and before I go farther I want to know what
the law actually says regarding this issue.

Thanks
George

AFAIK there are no laws specific to power line noise.

When the FCC dings power companies over noise they use the incidental
radiators regs same as electric fences, wierd pool heaters, etc.

Title 47, CFR section 15, specificaly 15.5, 15.13, and 15.15.
