New Public Database for BPL Systems
 

Some information on BPL from Wednesday's Federal Register:

The United Telecom Council (UTC) will maintain a public
database on USA Access BPL systems effective 19 November 2005.
That is persuant to FCC Regulations Part 15.615 (a) through (e).

The database access is open, requires no log-in information.

Exactly what will be IN that database was not made clear in
the Federal Register. For history on that, see ET Docket
numbers 04-37 and 03-104. There are 35 companies in the UTC.

according to the entry page of the database it is for people like
us(including nonhams like you Len) to check if interfence we are
getting could be from BPL
