Jim's

opinion as
being in the majority.

Len's own "scorecard" shows his opinion (complete elimination
of all Morse Code testing for any class of FCC-issued amateur radio
license)
to be in the minority

Jim's got no scorecard. Only an unpopular opinion.

Poor Jimmie...can't reconcile the "plain, simple fact" that
Speroni SCREWED UP on his "interpretation" of filings on
WT Docket 05-235. Speroni stacked the deck using his "rules"
and was then applauded as a "widely known amateur
statistician!" (kudo from Robert Rightsell in Reply to
Comments of 14 Nov 05).

Unknown people such as Quitefine and Darkguard

Gotta love this "Quitefine" talking to hisself. :-)

It appears that Len wished to avoide comment and discussion,
and wanted a thread containing only his scorecard.

"avoid"

He should move it to Coslo's BBS. Is it up and running yet?

I can't reach it...it's "at the threashold of space!" :-)

The tally postings were almost daily except for one 2 1/2
week period in September-October when my wife and I were on
a trip and I was away from easy Internet access and tallies.

One word: Wireless

One word: Kissoff

Tsk. Now Jimmie Noserve will make much ado about nothing
in "interpreting" that as "trying to shut him up!" :-)

Jimmie fancies himself a STASI "protecting the state."

All of the categorizations were done as honestly and fairly
as possible,

Purely subjective opinion.

??? Definition of Opinion ???

Definition (already known for years): Only pro-code is "correct"
and all no-code are "wrong."

reading each of the Comments and Replies to
Comments.

If that were true, Len would have been aware of the fact that there
was indeed at least one other 'scorecard'

Do tell.

Jimmie's mind be all forked up. Speroni is an unabashed
pro-coder and will do anything to promote morse code.

Like *I* should hang out with those types? :-)

Opinions of greater than 90% of all filings were
rather obviously in three categories of For the NPRM, Against
the NPRM, or Code-Test-for-Extra-but-OK-to-drop-code-test-for-
other-classes.

Which leaves 10% uncertain. Yet Len posted results to four decimal
places, as if his tally was that accurate.

Two kinds of people, OK and Idiots. See: "Valentine Germann."

Tsk, tsk. Ol' Val...still a no-coder tech after all those
words of praise on the PCTA and all the scorn levelled at
NCTA. Dick Carroll liked him a whole lot. So did Jimmie.
[Jimmie gonna go SK too?]

All of my "score card" postings are still in Google and may
be accessed by anyone with Google access.

So is the commentary on their deficiencies.

And the comments of the disgruntled Pro-Code Test persons

Poor babies...tsk, tsk.

NOTHING was "hidden."

Incorrect.

Incorrect.

Jimmie still fulla snit. He need laxative.

Len counted multiple filings by the same person as different opinions
if they were not identical.

Not identical? Perhaps they really were different opinions.

Jimmie DOES NOT KNOW. He never looked at them all.

Only identical filings by the same person
were counted as duplicates. Thus, in his own tally, Len's comments
and five reply comments (last time I looked) counted as if they
were written by six different people.

Jimmie, using only one decimal place, is WAYYY wrong! :-)

"A Morse Code exam would be a barrier to Morse Code use!"

Is that a different opinion from a person who believes that ""A Morse
Code exam is vital to the health of the ARS?"

The very same person holds such beliefs. How would you cont those
vastly different opinions?

Hi!

Jimmie have Multiple Personality Disorder?!? Must be...

Len's postings are also unclear about what was counted. In parts of the
posting he uses the word "comments" and in others the word "filings",
hiding the fact that he was counting comments and reply comments.

Do you have a magnet? Were the filings ferrous or nonferrous?

Tsk, tsk, if Jimmie found a misplaced comma - or just didn't
like the sentence structure - he would castigate any writings
of that person.

That's it! Jimmie is Castigated! :-)

"Move your vowels every day or you get consonated..."

By viewing the continuously-posted tally postings,
it is quite evident that a better than 2:1 ratio in favor of
the NPRM was held at the starting weeks of the Comment
period.

Irrelevant.

Relevant. Then the ARRL Publishing House went to work.

Joe Speroni has said nothing, nada, zip, about "correcting" his
"statistics" to account for the "plain, simple fact" that the
FCC did not get a legal notice into the Federal Register until
about 5 weeks AFTER it released NPRM 05-143 to the public. It
was in THAT time that the 2:1 ratio IN FAVOR of the NPRM was
established.

All them Extras just didn't get their dander up until about
two months after public release...realizing that they would
lose their precious STATUS IN THE AMATEUR COMMUNITY if the
code test went in the dumpster.

Someone else did read them, and came up with a different
result than Len.

It sure as hell wasn't Jimmie!

"A Morse Code exam would be a barrier to Morse Code use!"

"A Morse Code exam is vital to the health of the ARS."

Yup...Multiple Personality Disorder on Jimmie's part...

The final result is what matters.

Neither "tally" matters. FCC decree is what matters.

FCC rules...NOT the league. tsk, tsk.

Nothing was hidden.

Incorrect, as shown above.

"A Morse Code exam would be a barrier to Morse Code use!"

"A Morse Code exam is vital to the health of the ARS."

Jimmie still HIGH on the MPD thing...

However, the "ARS" also describes the Archaic Radiotelegraphy
Society, a group of self-promoting self-defining elitists who
make morse because they can't socialize...

In other words, Len did not want his results criticized or examined
closely. He wanted them accepted as fact, without question.

In other words, Jimmie doesn't want Joe Speroni criticized
or examined closely but accepted as fact without question.

yawn Jimmie do boring repetition of PCTA mantra.

"A Morse Code exam would be a barrier to Morse Code use!"

"A Morse Code exam is vital to the health of the ARS."

MPD strikes again! But, dollars to doughnuts, Jimmie gonna
vociferously DENY he said the first sentence. He's so
predictable! :-)

There are no "rules" on posting tallies of public opinion
except those of the person(s) doing the tally.

Yet when questions were posed about Len's "rules", he became
the source of "continual argument and bickering" rather than
answering the questions honestly.

Tsk, tsk. Anyone looking at the Google left-screen listing
on a direct rrap access will see that Jimmie didn't do
jack-snit on commentary in the first weeks of 05-235 being
open. Poor fella musta bin all wrought by the 2:1 ratio
FOR the NPRM...

"A Morse Code exam would be a barrier to Morse Code use!"

"A Morse Code exam is vital to the health of the ARS."

Jim, how would you tally the above two opinions from the same person???

I see Jimmie DENYING the first, and parading the second as
if it were the 11th Commandment.

"Our headaches are over...here comes Moses with the tablets!"

That another
has posted an alleged "analysis" of WT Docket 05-235 filing
contents is not any valid argument against what I have done.

Why not? Is Leonard H. Anderson incapable of error?

"A Morse Code exam would be a barrier to Morse Code use!"

"A Morse Code exam is vital to the health of the ARS."

Is the person posting such opinions capable of error???

Brian, PCTAs *NEVER* make errors. Never, ever.

In PCTA eyes *ALL*PCTA* make errors. Always.

PCTA need radial keratotomy to correct their vision.

Regardless of comments, that will almost certainly be to drop
all Morse Code testing.

Thank goodness. A Morse Code exam would certainly be a barrier to
Morse Code use.

:-)

Jim

will then get the "Extra Lite" (or any other HF-authorized license) or
continue to spam the NG with his anti-Amateur Radio bile...

Isn't that answer clear?

CAB, CAFB, CAVOK,

CAVU no longer used? :-)

Len has repeatedly given opinions about others' motivations, yet
will not reveal his own. Except for one outburst in January 2000,
he has not expressed the desire or intention to get an amateur radio
license.

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. I have. It's in Google.

Jim never reveals his motivations.

But...but...but...Jimmie be Mighty Macho MOTIVATED Morseman!

Veterans of military and government service who disagree with Len have been
subject to Len's insults and denigration of their service,
regardless of what or when it was. Len's classic "sphinters post"
proves that.

Jim served in unkown ways.

Yeah, he was real busy cleaning up the chicken**** left by all
those "my bod is so precious it shall not be harmed in the
military service of the country" NO-SERVERS.

I'll have to tell the guys over in Westwood, the ones at the
Veterans Cemetary, about how Jimmie Noserve and Dudly the
Imposter all say "I DENIGRATED others." Next Memorial Day
for sure, when we get together again to plant a few flags
and have a Rememberance Ceremony...for the Veterans beneath.

Tsk, tsk. Jimmie is getting downright surly and obnoxious
about military service. Maybe folks don't salute him enough,
being a super-high-level morse god and all? Okay, I salute
him...with one finger up-raised.

HOOO-RAAWWWW!!!!
