It's not a matter of the FBI shutting you down (although Woger was
causing email to be sent to their Pittsburgh office). Rather it's a
matter of you being in violation of the terms of service of one or
more service providers. For example, if people can get your root ISPs
(such as direcpc.com - now Direcway) to deny you internet access, why
then you'll have to join Woger in hiding even more carefully behind
free Usenet providers like Google and usenetzone.com. It took Woger
quite some time to go into hiding, because he had to lose four or five
service providers along the way before he figured things out. I don't
recall that he ever lost a satellite broadband provider, though.
