The "Open Call" call sign database is currently under construction.

The callsign database will be available to all amateurs and be self updating
from various points on the internet.
I am looking for beta testers for the first version of the software. The
beta testers will receive a CD in the mail with the callsign database and
software. This software will give the user the ability to update his
database to keep it current.
