I built this:
8 cm x 13 cm x 4 cm project box with a 12.6 VAC transformer

The display on the Tek 422 scope is a 9.1 V zener diode,
1N3019, showing both the forward and reverse conduction.

I set the voltage range switch for 0.3, 1.0, 3.0, 10 & 30 Vp-p.
