Unusual paper capacitor from Down Under

Only that it appears to be made witrh the proper "X" and "Y"
capacitors.


Yes, it's a delta suppression capacitor.
They are still made, typically used in vacuum cleaners and sewing machines.
Its leads have the old British colour-coding.
Also, someone has made a very poor job of replacing the mains lead..
