A visitor to my website sent this photo, calling it a DeForest-Crosley set.

That name doesn't pop up in the books nearest to hand. Could it have been
Canadian?

I'm trying to dissuade the owner from gutting it to make a cabinet.

Thanks. The owner sent a followup email claiming is it a model 1921.

Thx again. I forwarded the links to the owner. Maybe I can convince her not
to chop it into a cabinet for liquor bottles or dishtowels :-)

They seem to be located somewhere in New England. This was Grandpa's radio,
brought down from Canada. I also sent them the ARC list of radio clubs, so
if they want to restore it, they can contact a club and ask for a
recommendation for a repairman in the area.

Deforest Crosley model 1921 shows up in my RCC 1934-1935 volume.
Schematic shows 9 tubes, RF stage, push-pull audio drivers transmofmer
coupled to a type 53 (55?) dual triode class B output. Looks like a nice
radio. Good luck saving it.
