Either yours has been modded or they had more than one model that looked
like that. Mine only has 5 tubes and it doesn't have the knobs with red dots on the side of the chassis. Mine is model KM-15; the number is printed over the knobs on the front where yours is blank. Your Knight logo is different from mine and in a different place (mine is over the knobs right before the model number). The tubes in mine are 2 X 12AX7A, 2 X 6BQ5, and EZ80/6V4; all are Knight brand. When the cover is in place, the chrome strip at the bottom covers the brand and model number. I recognize those stamped-metal tube shields as the same ones used in
