away?

Hm... sounds like salesmen getting a free radio if
they agree to sell hardware, like a chain letter scheme
maybe.

I though it was one of those scams that went like this:

.. reader sees the ad and writes a letter to the advertiser
.. The advertiser tells you to send in $5 for the instructions on how to do
this
.. The reader send in his (or her) $5
.. and receives instructions that read "Do unto others what I just did to
you."
