What versions of phonetic alphabets are there with
only female names?...

Most of the time it's best to use the standard phonetics: alpha, bravo,
charlie, delta, echo, etc....

But in some situations, using an alternate phonetic set will make your
message much more clear & accurate, so it's better to use the alternate
phonetics when clearity and accuracy is paramount.

For example, using 'Anal Boy Ate Multiple Queers' for AB8MQ, is much more
clear and accurate.
