WS680882 (booking #) M/W (male white) 011665 (date of birth) CRC0636151CFAES (Volusia Co Circuit Court Criminal Case #) FETTER,GEORGE W HHPD/JABH/PROW WK: 1 (1st week in custody) *ALIAS: BROWN,DAVID JDG: PARSONS,WILLIAM A (judge handling the case) 0000000.00 (no bond) 80 JENNIFER CIR PONCE INLET FL 32127 F/ORGANIZED SCHEME TO DEFRAUD (felony/charge) Notice "no bond." This could be because he violated the judge's order to cease selling the items via the Internet, while he was on felony probation. So David Brown is another one of his aliases.... How many did he have? The CASE NO. is the same from his January court appearance. This confirms that George's time in jail is for the original order in his Probation judgment in January. Note # 20 on Page 3 of his Probation Order states it. He was suppose to serve out 30 days. He served at least 8 of them when he was first arrested and bonded out. He was to appear by August 1, 2007 to complete his sentence. The bad comb-over should be out by August 23rd. Best we can hope for is that he sleeps in terror every night he is in jail. So long.
