BC895XLT Help Needed
I just picked up this used scanner on eBay to get back into the hobby,
but when I try to program a frequency into a channel as stated under "Programming Using Manual Entry," I get the display showing "E-LOC" when I push the Enter button. I get the same thing when I try to delete a frequency from a channel (there were frequencies already programmed into several banks, and I've been trying to program a frequency into an unused one). Any advice as to whhat I'm doing wrong? |
