Default Satcomms Afghanistan

On11 June, at 1200 UTC on 257,1500 MHz FM mode, I picked up a clear signal
with an American accent.
In the following two hours it became clear that I was listening to American
Peacekeepers who try to get the peace back
in a place called Gerani in Afghanistan, after some incidents.

At my website you van find a brief story in ENGLISH with some soundfiles of
the comms.

Hi Tom,

I am using a homebuild 5 elements satcom Log Per antenne. Click on my site
on the button Antennes (the last one) for a picture and technical info. I
make them and sell them worldwide if you like.

Grettings,
Peter
