Need Help RS Pro 57
 

I have a real jewel I bought on ebay. It's a RS Pro 57 it will not receive.
when something comes on that I have programed it makes a hum and you can
detect a voice down low in the hum but can not understand what they are
saying. Anyone have any ideas please email me at thanks!
