BC210XW help needed
 

My Bearcat BC210XW stopped scanning and has no sound. The keypad still
seems to work ok. I tried an external speaker and still do not have
sound. When I push the "SCAN" button, the scanner just steps to the
next frequency. Any ideals as to what the problem might be and how to
fix it would be appreciated. Thank for any help.
