Duplex on MilAir NORAD freqs with exercise

Been awhile since I’ve heard “duplex” being using on the MilAir freqs.
But at about 1100 EDT NOVEMBER 4 was talking to QUBEC 9 on 234.6000
(NORAD) and QUBEC 9 was replying on 254.2000 (NORAD). There was also
air-air between RITTY 51 & 54 on 148.1250 AM NORAD. RITTY’s were also
talking to QUBEC 9 on 254.2000.

Sounds like an exercise which has been rescheduled (either due to
weather or equipment problems) at 1630Z. Not sure where the aircraft
are however one did refer to the new exercise time as being 1130 Local
Central Time (which is 1630Z as refered to by another aircraft). Also
mention was made about having enough tankers on station to support the
later start time.

I’m not sure if I have the RITTY callsign correct, corrections are welcome.

So for a possible upcomming exercise start listening to:
234.6000
254.2000
148.1250
