Does the BC250D with the APCO card work for Fairfax County, VA PD?

A few years ago, FCPD went digital, and my scanner stopped being useful. Can
anyone here tell me if the BC250D works for the FCPD?

The BC250D works with Fairfax County and the surrounding counties, but you
do need the digital card. You can get the frequencies for FCPD at
www.trunkedradio.net
