got a women talking sounds like a radio station almost who knows
it cuts in and out . almost like some kinda military radio

any help....

The Wizard (channels 19,11,27,35..on the CB)

That is a Military Air frequency (milair). It is entirely possible that it
is CAP Civil Air Patrol.

as i am in Ontario,Canada
and getting it on a air craft military channel . it was kinda weird.
but a Radio station had me shocked, by any chance where they
Broadcasting to the soldiers over seas.. so it was CAP--

That is a Military Air frequency (milair). It is entirely possible that it
is CAP Civil Air Patrol.


Civil Air Patrol is not authorized to use UHF military air frequencies.
