Realistic Pro 2006

Can anyone be kind enough to advise me what antenna would give best
results for RS 2006 Realistic Pro? Thanks.

Since the PRO-2006 is a wide band scanner, would you be kind enough to tell
us what frequency you want this best performance to be at? Do you want the
antenna to be directional or receive from all directions?

Actually, the one that comes with it aint bad for general use but any
antenna mounted outside and up in the air would be much better.

That depends on the frequency range you will monitor.

Do a google search on scanner radio antennas, check into Police Call and Ham
sites to learn about antennas.

As a general rule, an outside antenna always works better than the one that
came with the scanner.

There is no one "do it all" antenna, some come close but if you stick to say
150Mhz range, get one tuned for that range.
