Default Pasting Data Into Win95

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere. If it is, can you point me to it?

I want to copy several hundred frequencies from the Police Call CD to
Win95 for upload to my PRO95 scanner. I exported the frequency list
from the CD to an Excel spreadsheet, but I'm having problems pasting
the data into the Win95 channel grid.

I'm guessing this is happening because I either have data format
problems or I'm missing some required fields. According to
Starrsoft.com (unless I read it wrong), all I need are three columns
in my spreadsheet: Alpha Tag, Frequency, and RxMode. The Win95 channel
grid, however, has five columns: Alpha Tag, Frequency, RxMode, Delay,
Atten, and LOut.

Question: do I need to supply values for these last three fields in my
spreadsheet? If so, how are they specified?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or directions to existing
documentation.
