Default VR-500 -- unblockable when?
Older VR-500's for the USA have a resistor that can be removed to
unblock them.

Does anyone know the serial number (forward) where the resistor was
eliminated?

I have been trying to join the Yahoo VR-500 Group for a week, but the
moderator there is very, very slow.
