what to buy bc780 xlt or bc785
 

hi all i'm looking at buying a scanner and i can get them both for the same
price,

should i get the
bc780 xlt with cell image mod done
or the
bc785d

i am in canada thanks , also what one of these is a better scanner ? any
ifno at all will help .

Depends. 780D will only work on APCO-25 non-encrypted systems. But does have
1000 channel capability. It will
not work on Pro-Voice type systems. Check Radioreference.com to see what
trunked systems are in your metropolitan
area.
