updated scanner webpage

Has anyone had a bad digital card from the factory. Mine wouldn't pick up
APCO 25 transmissions. Called tech support. They thought the card was bad so
I sent the scanner back. I got the message that the card was installed upon
power up too! Any info about this problem would be appreciated.
