I have been experimenting with different external speakers for my
communications receivers and I think I found one. Its the cobra HG
S100
and it seems to work really good. I paid 24.00 at the local truckstop,
but have seen it online for as little as 12.00(don't forget shipping
is extra though). This is a 15 watt speaker and 4" speaker and really
produces a good powerful sound. I think this is a pretty good deal for
the money. I know that probably there is better ones on the market
going for more money, however I think for the price this was a great
speaker.
