The frequencies that Biloxi PD and every other agency in Harrison County
are located on my page he

HOWEVER, all law enforcement agencies in harrison county are using
PROVOICE, which is the digital solution for EDACS, and no scanner made
today can receive provoice. So you're not going to hear them until they
come out with a provoice capable scanner. Also AMR just went to it 2 weeks
ago.
