SHINWA SR-001 Scanner receiver
 

I am looking for a Shinwa SR-001 Scanner.
Never had one - never used one - but I am interested in
finding a small scanner that will receive 220 - 225 MHz in addition
to the regular bands.

Why would you want an ancient radio like that ?

If you do manage to locate one make sure it has the Remote with it. Some
functions (changing Antenna inputs is one from memory) could not be
actioned from they front panel, only the remote.

The SR-001 wasn't that small or lightweight but here is quite a
selection of current models that provide such coverage.
