I don't know, but I would say that no, it's not legal in the U.S. Not only because of the power (range) IF the power is illegal, but because of the frequencies it operates on. All of the frequencies that it recieves and transmits on, such as 384 MHZ, 268 MHZ, 394 MHZ are ALL in the U.S. Federal Government band. Transmit on that and........ not only will your phone be gone, but you probably will be too. |
