MD of Foothills Alberta
 

On 151.160, for the Municipal District of Foothills, here in Alberta
Canada, there is Fire and EMS. However I also hear some sort of
police or protective services. They use RCMP ten codes, but are not
dispatched from RCMP control in Red Deer. Does any one know what
agency this is and if they have any other frequencies?
