Online Scanner from country Australia

Hey people...

I just got my website up with a scanner feeding audio and a display from a
country town in Australia.

Check it out and see how the emergency services do things out this way...

When I click on listen all I get is
ASX Version="3.0"
Entry
ref HREF="http://southernscan.no-ip.com:1000"/
ref HREF="offline.wmv"/
/Entry
/ASX

How is that supposed to work?

It does work if I put http://southernscan.no-ip.com:1000 directly into

media player.

I was using Mozilla Firefox. It does work with Internet Explorer.
