Yaesu VR-500 computer controllable??

I am considering the purchase of a Yaesu VR-500.
The manufacturers web site claims that the
software sold by RT systems and distributed as
an accessories can control the radio, as opposed to
just upload download capability.

Is the Yasesu vr-500 computer controllable?

No, it is NOT controllable with the computer.

Would you please share how you did it? I own a VR-500 and use the cable to
load freqs in and out of the radio, but I know of no way to "computer
control" it. What control software are you using?

Details man! I need details!

TIA

That's all it does. Load freqs and or save them to a file.
