I know there are many millions of unblocked scanners in the U.S. But they are not digital. my guestion is, If one can buy a digital scanner like the Uniden 250D 296D Radio Shack Pro 96 and so on That is unblocked will it receive digital cell and cord less?
Or is there is a another scanner that you know of that will?
