Good condition. Covers 8-1300 Mhz (no gaps) AM/FM/WFM
Looking to trade for handheld or base scanner with 225-400 Mhz MilAir
coverage...

Why does that one not receive it?
Is it a sensitivity issue?

It DOES receive the Milair band. I just wanted to try something new....
