BC296D Programing on Apco 25 800Mhz

BC296D Programing on Apco 25 800Mhz

I live in Montgomery Co, MD.
We are running on the new Digital Apco 25, 800Mhz.
How do I program it to only listen to fire.
I have tried everything and I am geting police and fire on the same channel.
On the 2nd list where it said, List 1-1 / Descripiton.
In IDs I entered the fleet id of 3344
