Changes since V3.5.0:

- Added BC3300 support.
- Added "Spectrum View".
- Added "tool tips" to bank indicators.
- Audio PlayBack is now available during tracking.
- Added additional checks to reduce false hits.
- Enhanced BC245 support.
- Corrected issue with IDs containing commas (,) in the description.
