SC230 vs BC246T

I am on the market for a new scanner and am currently looking between the
SC230 (racing scanner) and the BC246T (trunking scanner). My question is:
Does the BC246T have racing freqs (nascar, drivers, pit.....) installed? I
really would like to have this feature. This is why I am also looking at the
SC230. Is the trunking feature that important?
