Trying to figure out a frequency for something

Howdy folks I am trying to figure out the freq. for Mississippi Highway
Patrol in North Miss. the Batesville Troop......I hear the mobile on 458.000
mhz but I cant figure out the return freq from the base when the mobile
communicates with the base for info.....any help would be appreciated.
