Newbie Quest: Norad Freq. of 364.2 Is This AM ?

Hello:
New at this.

The Norad freq.: NORAD : 364.2

Is this AM ?

Might as well also ask.

Where (at what freq's) do the Mil aviation freq's
switch to FM ? Would this be "narrow fm," or regular fm ?

How about to SSB (upper or lower ?) ?

Thanks,
B.

This would be AM. 99.9% of MilAir activity between 225-400 MHz is in AM
mode.
