Default Cellular Question

Cellular is digitally encoded, NOT encrypted. Go buy yourself a GSM
service monitor (if you have about $15 to $20 to spare) and you can
listen to your heart's content. You'll need a CDMA and a TDMA one also
if you want to hear most the traffic.

Since when did cellular get encrypted? It's digital, yes. Encrypted, not
