There's got to be a 30 ft. motorized mobile home and referigerator
stocked-up with beer, throwed-in at that price !

There's at least $40k invested in it. A used R3 scanner sells for around
$300. Trailer is easily worth $10,000. Very easy to understand why this
business venture failed. Most folks wouldn't understand how to use the
scanners and I'm sure there isn't time to explain all the details to every
rental customer.

Plus getting a concession to set up at some race tracks could be a
problem unless you know the right people. I am surprised the seller is
not offerring it as a going concern if it were profitable.

Read your last 4 words. If it were profitable he probably wouldn't be
offering it at all.

Exactly my point, I didn't want to get sued by him for saying it
straight up.

Exactly. I think that this is the worse scanner for race scanning.
I have a R3 and it not an easy scanner to use.
Even if you have all the frequencies programed in all it takes is
pushing the wrong button and all scanning stops.
This might be a good idea with a easier to use scanner.
