Scannerist testifies in jailer murder trial

A scannerist heard of a police incident at a store. Both he and his
wife went to the scene, and they saw police officers in Lebanon
Tennessee beating a man. The scannerist testified in the murder trial
of a Wilson County Jailer after the victim died in the prison.
