Do you think you crossposted this to enough newsgroups, moron ? The K1MAN
issue is worn out, and nobody cares any more. I could care less if he takes
over for the ARRL. My rigs have been gathering dust for years. What has the
ARRL done for you lately ?
The entire ham bands are becoming another CB band, while the FCC sells off
huge chunks of it, to fund their operation. The funding cuts they got a few
years back ensured they would have a motivation to do just that. Appliance
operators and CBers. That's what you got now. They change the rules and
license classes about once a week, just to make sure nobody gets too "fond"
of a particular spot, then they dont have to listen to too much screaming
when they sell that segment off to some commercial interest... Just keep 'em
moving along, mahony....
Want to fight to save amateur radio ? Then don't forget to pray to Saint
Jude.... Because it's a lost cause, dude...

If anyone wants to help further the cause of ARS, they should
join a local club or just make a donation to a local club or
the Foundation for Amateur Radio.

Your money is better spent close to home, rather then lining someone's
pockets!
