What scanner to monitor PD, etc in Bloomington, MN & Minneapolis?

I know my older bearcat won't work on cops now but what ones could I
get, not sure if I'll get portable or a home based scanner.

Depends if they went digital like they did in the north metro. Otherwise any
truncktracker should work.
