It is Thurs, 11:06am EDT (1506z).
"NASA 906," a T-38, has been working over the Shuttle Landing Facility and has been using freqs 126.65 and 264.8. He has had comms with "Weather" at KSC, and informed the ATC on 281.425 that he is "flying a weather chase mission."
