Unfortunately that's in the Google cache already, and the wayback machine doesn't help much.

BTW I just heard them mention a gmail email account name in their broadcast (5890 khz, 0200-0230 UTC) but I couldn't copy it. Anyone know it? I already have their contact info from http://thailand.prd.go.th/ .
