probably the part where people pay twice what something is worse.

like a lot of the housing market, for example where morons pay $600,000 for
a condemned house in the bay area of san francisco ! then they wonder why
they have to pay so much ! MOVE ELSEWHERE ! if you have to have 17
roommates or work 4 jobs, you are living in the wrong city !!!!!
