Yodar,

I think that you are blaming Thunderbird for some problem with the
way that the account is set up. I am using version 1.5.0.7. TB has
been my news reader a couple of years and I have never had a problem
using it for reading usenet.

If you really can't get it to work you will find lots of help he

I think that you are blaming Thunderbird for some problem with the
way that the account is set up. I am using version 1.5.0.7. TB has
been my news reader a couple of years and I have never had a problem
using it for reading usenet.

I'm using Thunderbird as well and don't have any problems with
rec.radio.shortwave.
