Thankfully for me DW broadcasts in English, German, Portuguese and French to
Southern Africa are expanded.


Sure !

They thought not everyone had Internet access or a satellite dish on
their hut or tent.

But still you have parts of Europe or Northern America where poeple live
and work in the country side without all these connections as well...

OK, perhaps only a few of them whish to listen to DW, but that's a pity
anyway...
