Received an AFRTS QSL today for reception of Diego Garcia 4319 kHz.

I received a few QSL cards from DOD a couple of weeks ago for reports
on various AFRTS stations. By "new" card, I assume you mean the "Armed
Forces Radio and Television Service" card w/3 logos at the bottom,
correct?
